'It's CPR for Mental Health!'
The easiest way to remove stigma from mental illness is to reach out and educate your friends, family and co-workers. Z-Cares Foundation can provide meaningful guest speakers to address a variety of topics related to mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
Our speakers can engage in meaningful question/answers sessions with our audience.
Only 36.9% of those suffering will seek help. Together, we can change these numbers. Z-Cares Foundation provides communities with the ability to connect to local mental health providers, ask direct questions and understand the process of care and find healthy connections.
Z-Cares Foundation guided discussions gives our youth a platform to share their voices and raise awareness around mental health. Our hope is to empower youth to educate one another and create a culture of support within communities. We are all in this together.
Z-Cares also offers guided material for adults and families to collectively end the stigma.
